We walk the house before anything is lifted, so nobody is guessing about the piano, the basement steps or the doorway that does not measure what you think it measures. Furniture gets padded and shrink wrapped in the house, not in the driveway. Boxes are loaded by room so the unload is not a scavenger hunt. When the truck is empty we walk the house with you again before we leave.
Houses, apartments, condos, townhomes, single rooms, storage units and offices. Appliances, gun safes, gym equipment, antiques and the awkward things other crews would rather leave on the truck.
The address at both ends, the date, and a rough idea of the size. If you can send photos of anything heavy or unusual, the estimate gets sharper and the day goes faster.

Two to three weeks is comfortable. The end of the month and the first weekend after it are the busiest windows in Kansas City, so those book earliest. If your closing date moved and you need us this week, call and ask. We fit in what we can.

Yes. That is some of the most common heavy work we do. Tell us the weight, where it sits now and where it is going, especially any stairs, and we will bring the right equipment and enough hands.
